What types of payment does Jungle gyms Canada accept?
In order to keep our prices low for you, our customer, we prefer to receive payment by e-transfer to [email protected] or by cheque. For other payment options please call our office 1-877-408-1523. Call us direct to place your swing set orders as delivery and installation fees are not calculated on this website…see FAQ for more information on payment.
How can I be sure my information stays safe?
Because keeping your information safe is our number one priority, our entire web site, not just the shopping card and login areas – is protected with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology. That means that all data passed between the web server and the browser is encrypted, so it remains private. If you call in your order you are protected with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology as well, we also terminate all card information once it has been logged into the payment portal.
How can I make a change to my order?
We try our best to accommodate any changes. Call us a soon as you can at 1-877-408-1523. Please be aware that changes could affect delivery and processing time.
Do you charge sales tax?
We are required by law to collect sales tax in Canada.
When will I receive my accessories order?
All accessory orders placed by 1 p.m. EST will be shipped the same day, as long as the items are in stock. Transit time is normally one to six business days, and is handled by Canada Post or Manitoulin Transport.
How will I know when to be available for my swing set delivery? What if I can't be home at that time?
Someone over the age of 18 must be present to accept delivery. The freight company will call you directly to schedule delivery. You will receive the company’s contact information and shipment details with your order to help track your shipment’s progress.
What if I want to cancel my order for a playground/swing set before it is delivered?
As long as an order has not been processed, your order can be cancelled. Any orders cancelled less than two weeks before scheduled shipping date will incur a 20% cancellation fee. Orders cannot be cancelled after shipment has already occurred, or if the item is mid-route.
In order to cancel your order, you must speak with a customer service representative at 877-408-1523. Our offices are open, Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, closed on statutory holidays.
Please be certain about the status of your order, as it is often impossible to stop a shipment that already has a tracking number placed on it. If your order has already been shipped you will be responsible for shipping charges both to you and back to us plus a 20% restocking/cancellation fee. Please have a copy available of all receipts from your order, when you call so that we can locate it right away.
