If at any time during the first 30 days after the date of delivery you are not completely satisfied with your Jungle Gyms Canada playground, you can return the product (freight prepaid by customer) in its original condition to us. We will fully refund you the purchase price, excluding delivery and installation expense.

If something happens within one year from your purchase date, please send us a photo of the defective part and all approved claims will be covered (material only) free of charge – shipping and installation will be extra. We go even further with the structural wood components of your swing set and guarantee them against structural problems for all of the first ten years. All warranties are subject to proper installation and normal residential use. This warranty does not apply to any swing set that is subjected to abuse, vandalism, improper installation, negligence or acts of God.
